We take a lot of care to make sure that our plants and other gardening products reach you in their best shape, as they were when we shipped them. We also make sure to tie up with the best-in-class shipping partners who share the same vision as us. However, despite our best efforts, and due to factors outside our control, your product could get damaged during the shipping cycle. While we do not process refunds, we promise to replace the damaged product with a new one. The replacement can be expected between 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of a return request.
We will be shipping the product with the interest that the product will reach you in its best condition. However, there may be changes (though very rare) that the product you receive may have some damage. Though we would love to keep you happy with our products, we would also wish to bring to your notice that we do have our terms on when to accept the exchange of products.
Plant | Does not appear as seen in the picture | Will not be considered for the exchange | The colour, growth, height, leaves appearance, stem appearance – All these factors are only to show the plant samples available to us. Though we will be sending the same plant you chose, the product will not and need not match exactly the one seen in the picture. Pictures are only samples. |
Plant | Potting mix is not the same as seen in the picture | Will not be considered for exchange | We will be sending the planting with the sample potting mix to enable the plant to adapt to its new place. Hence what we send will help the plant to thrive initially. The buyer must ensure he has the supplies ready with him/her to grow the plant |
Plant | Dried / broken plant / rotten plant | Will be considered for exchange. | There will be very little chance of sending the plant in this rotten/dried/broken condition. However, to err is human. In case we get a scenario like this, we will be happy to replace your plant. This should be intimated to us within 24 hours of receipt of the plant with the proof that the parts are damaged The buyer can exchange for the same price or higher and cannot settle for a lesser price expecting the difference to be refunded later The scratches on stems, broken leaves, and exposed roots cannot be considered. These can easily be fixed with proper care and time |
