Capsicum

Cucumber, (Cucumis sativus), is a creeping plant of the gourd family widely cultivated for its edible fruit. Cucumber is a warm season annual vine. The nutritional value of the cucumber is low, but its delicate flavour makes it popular for salads and relishes. Cucumber can be grown in frames or on trellises in greenhouses in cool climates and can be cultivated as a field crops and grown in home gardens in warmer areas.

Coriander is an herb with bright green leaves and flat and thin stem. It has a pungent smell, similar to onions when fresh and lighter smell once dried. Coriander leaves make a showy display with its bright green leaves and little flowers. In the garden, the herb grows brilliant next to basil.

Coriander seeds are yellowish-brown or tan in colour with longitudinal ridges. Coriander seed has a warm and subtle flavour with a slight citrus hint. It is a small, hollow-stemmed plant in the Apiaceae family. Pleasant, aromatic and spicy, its seeds have been found utility since ancient times in cooking as well as in various traditional medicines.

The compound leaves of this plant are bright green, with three heart-shaped leaflets. The flowers and  resulting bean pods usually form in joined pairs.  Flowers look as you’d expect of a legume (papilionaceous) with five petals, the largest on  top. The size and color will vary with variety—either white, pink, or lavender. 

Yardlong beans live up to their name,  often growing up to 3 feet in length, although they are usually eaten before they reach their  mature size. They are especially popular in Chinese and other Asian cuisines, with a taste that is  less astringent than string beans (Phaseolus vulgaris).
